If I were posting this a couple of months ago, it would be one star. The center was rarely staffed, especially at times I could make it, service was terrible, the phone was seldom answered, and one interim tech managed to, um, unimpress me in less than 30 seconds. It took forever to get my mom's rechargeable batteries replaced, including dragging her and her wheelchair to the center several times, only to find it unstaffed most of the time. Im glad to see that they got him back .and the lady is not there she doesn't know what she was doing . Thay finely got the one back that is great at his job hopefully he is there for a long time. His the best. Thanks blaine
Kent is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. He was fun to talk too, helpful, not pushy, and obviously knew what he was doing!
My husband has had his hearing aides serviced at Sam's club for several years. After moving to Utah we have used the Provo hearing aide store in Sam'sClub and had very good and reliable service. Over a year ago, Kent, the technician, left the hearing aide center and took other employment. Suddenly we experienced a near total lack of service. A couple of new technicians didn't stay long.
