Easiest thing I have done I'm a long time. Very helpful and informative. Got all my questions answered.
Service by Abby is stellar. My hearing aids weren't functioning properly and she figured out exactly what was wrong and sent me out with new filters and new batteries and they're working like new. I really love these hearing aids and will definitely be back when it's time to change.
The tech is very nice. However when I tried to return the item after I tried to use them over the weekend and was very disappointed in them and the quality of the sound of them the demeanor changed and her boss stepped in making the matter worse. I ended up leaving with the device and I will be returning them a second time as I will not pay for something that I will not use. The sound quality is horrible
