Ordered hearing aids on 5-24-23 and still don't have them. 1st time only 1 fit, 2nd time both didn't fit. Store now only open on Mondays and Tuesdays, as Lisa has to come from Laramie. She called on 8-14-23 to let me know my hearing aids were in and wasn't sure if she would be in the store on Tuesday due to daycare issues and maybe be here on Thursday told me she would call me to let me know. No call from her. 3 months waiting for hearing aids, does anyone in your company care? I think not. I hope that they fit and work this... read more
