I had, had hearing aids for years from My Hearing center and was never happy with anything related to them, they finally ended. I was reluctant to visit Sam's club and the Lucid hearing center here in Reno NV. But so glad I did. Lynee Anderson was Amazing, customer service, very informative, though row with testing and very reliable with responding to my calls. It was a very good decision to get my new hearing Aids with Lucid. That individual should get a Medal. Duane Owens Reno Nevada,
