Excellent service and great experience. I saw Tanya Green and she conducted a thorough hearing test and clearly explained the results. There is an excellent variety of Lucid hearing aid options. I have been very pleased with the hearing aid and customer service.
Ms. Green is an excelent professional audiologist whom walked me through the process of the discovery I had loss of hearing in the vocal ranges making it difficult to hear speech right next to me. We did an intensive hearing test to see which areas I had difficulty. I considered all the internet options but a professional is needed to get you through the process successfully. I'm glad I met her and highly recommend you see her when all the people you encounter tell you, dummy you can't hear! Guy
It was great! Ms Green is awesome! She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, understanding and friendly. She immediately puts you at ease and is wonderful at teaching what you need to know to use your devices.
