I was extremely disappointed with this establishment. The staff insist on receiving a tip and make it clear they will not provide service unless one is given. This is completely unacceptable. Tips should always be optional and based on the quality of service received — not demanded or treated as a requirement. Any business that pressures customers in this way demonstrates poor professionalism and a lack of respect for its clientele. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place until they change their practices.
I've been buying massage packages for a few years. Today I had an appointment and have her a $15 tip and as I'm leaving they asked me if I could give more. I explained I have all the cash I had and they had the nerve to point to the ATM to ask if I'd put $5 more on there.. When did people get so much audacity that they are now asking what they want tip wise. Definitely won't be going back.
Oh my god. The best Swedish massage ever!!! ❤️
The place is clean the front desk team and massage therapists are courteous and professional. I have visited 4 times so far. I always receive a fantastic massage. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain. The therapist does a phenomenal job alleviating my tight muscles while helping decrease my pain level.
