The experience started off nicely. I had a facial and the woman told me things I could do at home. The massage felt great. However, this location could learn a LOT in customer service. For starters, when the therapist walked out to get additional things for massage, she left me on the table face down, blanket down, and the door wide open. I bought couples massage and facial package for me and my daughter at this place. I would rate this 2 for cleanliness and location. Other than that it was ok. Not much oil was used, massage was cut short, facial was just applying creams (at least for me and quick black head extraction without magnifying glass, which they typically use ) and most annoying was the two masseuse (Maggie and Linda) were talking most of the time despite me indicating. Scammers. Stay away from this place. Bought a Groupon and they said I can’t pick my own facial And massage. It comes with a “standard” where’as Groupon stated it was any massage and any facial. Also the facial was a total scam. Barely did any facial. Only a face mask for 15 mins and didn’t do much facial and kicked us out quickly. Also forced me to pay $80 tip. I told her I didn’t want to pay that much in tip and forced me saying that’s the minimum I am supposed to pay.
One of the best massages ever. You will field as a new person.
