I love this office. Their entire staff is friendly, they work hard to make sure referrals and test results are completed and returned in a timely manner. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help. I see Adam Branch and I appreciate the time he takes with me to explain everything in terms of sleep disorders and treatments. I recently became a new patient at Lucid Sleep Experts. My previous doctor retired and I had to find a new provider. I found Lucid Sleep Experts through my insurance provider and my first visit was Awesome!! Dr. Shana Hansen and staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Dr. Hansen has made my OSA treatment continue without interruption. I only wish I had found them sooner. I recommend Lucid Sleep Experts to ALL!!
This company has created more stress on my mom than helped her with her sleep apnea. Everytime she speaks of this company she gets more stressed out talking about it. This really makes me upset as her daughter because my mom should not have to deal with rude managers that laugh at her ( and I do hope the calls are monitored and recorded), because I want the owner to call me and pull that call. I hate to leave a negative review because I really enjoyed my experience with Adam Branch, FNP. He was empathetic, friendly, and patient. However, given my CPAP intolerance, Adam referred me to LUCID Sleep Experts' dental department. They recommended an oral device. Unfortunately, my health sharing plan does not cover anything remotely dental. However, given that I am waking up 5-20 times per night in a panic, I was desperate.
