I walked into this salon with a simple request for a wash and set. The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight, yet I was met with attitude and resistance from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front was on her cell phone, casually chatting in Spanish, not realizing I understood every word, while ignoring me like I wasn’t standing in a place of business.
