I never leave reviews but felt I needed to. There was one person working the front and waiting on tables. She was friendly but seemed overworked for only having anger customers. I sat outside since I had a stroller and the restaurant is not well accommodated to being stroller in and out. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that took 40 min. My baby started fussing so I went in to ask for the sandwich to be wrapped up to go. She used her bare hands to put it in the box after sling money from other customers. Love Lucia's my husband's favorite place they are so accommodating, the waitresses are amazing especially Jamie and Kudos to chef the food is amazing A++++++
We had a 6 pm reservation. We were told to seat ourselves. At 6:25 pm our order was taken. We have been here multiple times. We know the service is slow and food takes alittle longer to come out which is fine since we had 2 hours until our show at 8 pm. Around 7 pm the table next to us got up and left because they had been waiting over an hour for their food to come out. Very cute on the inside but the operation is lacking. Party of 3 went for lunch on a Tuesday, only about 4-6 other people there. We ordered ciabatta bread to start , 2 salads (Caesar and Goat) and a Stromboli. We got 2 Caesar salads (both wrong , missed the modifications) about 20 min after ordering and had to tell the server we didn’t get the appetizer and a salad was wrong. Picked this place as a half way meeting point for us & family in North Jersey and we are glad we did! Great fast service yesterday on Father's Day. The Ricotta Toast we ordered as an appetizer was probably the best ricotta we have ever had. The Breakfast Sandwiches while sounding very plain on the menu were fantastic and also very large portions. Will be back when we are in the area again.
