My son and I get there according to when the pick-up time range is. We were told they are behind so another 5-15 minutes. Ok fine, understandable bc of the World Cup. We mentioned we’ll wait inside. 25 mins pass and nothing. Other people coming in and picking up. I asked for someone to look into it and all this time it was ready. So we wasted time waiting because no one cared to follow through. We were clearly waiting on our order. Terrible service and would not go back. We want our money back.

My family & I visited Luciani’s for the first time last night and we were all so impressed. Everything was SO GOOD. We ordered 3 XL speciality pizzas and they were all reasonably priced and delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy. We also got wings—lemon pepper and buffalo—and they were also perfect! They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We were all so excited to have found this place and we will absolutely be back.

We recently had Luciano’s cater a graduation party. The food and service were outstanding. One guest shared that his typically fussy 9-year old said it was the best fettuccine Alfredo he had ever had and asked if his Mom could get the recipe! I highly recommend trying Luciano’s if you have not done so!
