I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. This company damaged my yard while working on the property next to mine. Their crew drove onto my property, leaving deep tire tracks, footprints, and areas that no longer drain properly. Before this happened, my yard was level and didn’t have these issues. After I contacted them politely, they came back to “fix” it. Their worker arrived at 12:11 PM and left at 12:17 PM—a total of 6 minutes. They did not get back initially, but were incredibly helpful after that. I appreciate the dedication they showed.
They completely redesigned our backyard and exceeded our expectations. The new plants and layout made a huge difference in our home’s appearance.
Dan Ealy and Fernando (the crew Leader) were wonderful and very good. They trimmed all the bushes today and they look fantastic!! This is the FIRST time I have ever let anyone but me trim the bushes. So I am officially handing over Lucia to do the trimming. I'm done with that job. Besides they are much better at than me. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended!
