I regret coming to this office. I was charged almost $100 at every visit, even when the issue came from a filling that wasn’t done correctly. When it started bothering me, they charged me again for an emergency visit instead of taking responsibility. I was later offered a procedure that my insurance said was not necessary and would not cover, and I was never told that beforehand. Dr. Ditch and her team are awesome! What a caring group of individuals. I always feel comfortable, supported, and well-taken care of here. The dental and hygienic work are excellent. I never have to wait long for the start of my appointment. Side note - the music is so fun. I find myself wanting to belt out some tunes while I'm in the chair! Highly recommend all around.
I loved having Dr Ditch as my dentist. I had a root canal done in the front of my mouth,I left without experiencing any pain, no pressure and didn't even need any pain meds at all for the rest of the day. Plz if you ever need a great dentist and friendly staff go to Dr Ditch. Wonderful experience.
