Beware of this dentist. After a ton of consideration, I decided to write this review. I was Dr. Ditch's patient for a few years. The last dental cleaning I had at her office prompted me to rethink her medical skills and ethics. She told me after cleaning that I had a tooth decay and a tooth crack. I asked her "Six months ago, everything was fine. Why all of a sudden I had two more dental issues?" I was very religious about cleaning my own teeth. I regret coming to this office. I was charged almost $100 at every visit, even when the issue came from a filling that wasn’t done correctly. When it started bothering me, they charged me again for an emergency visit instead of taking responsibility. I was later offered a procedure that my insurance said was not necessary and would not cover, and I was never told that beforehand. They also charged me for a hygienist “consultation” where they simply told me how to brush my teeth, without informing me or giving me the option t... read more
Dr. Ditch is always bright and the office is warm and welcoming to all! You can be assured that she will do the very best for you and your teeth. Highly recommended!
Been going here for about five years now. Best dentist i have had, great staff as well!
Dr. Ditch and her team are awesome! What a caring group of individuals. I always feel comfortable, supported, and well-taken care of here. The dental and hygienic work are excellent. I never have to wait long for the start of my appointment. Side note - the music is so fun. I find myself wanting to belt out some tunes while I'm in the chair! Highly recommend all around.
