Just 19 years ago, just before our first child was born, our family was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Luchtan. We never left Dr. Luchtan and Boca Pediatric group because of Dr. Luchtan's amazing personality, bedside manner and clinical skills. While he is not an alarmist, he is quick to let you know when your child needs to go to a specialist to dig a little deeper into something. I had an appointment for my son as a new patient and waited for over an hour until I finally walked out. No one came in the small stuffy room to even say sorry for the wait or someone would be with you soon. Very bad staff and no customer service at all. Don't go here, they don't value anyone else's time. BAD BAD BAD!!!!!
