The hygienist was great but the dentist was rough and I was in pain. I started crying. He seemed a bit harsh with his bedside manner, as well. After I started crying, I heard him tell the assistant he was having a bad day and he even used profanity in front of me. I won't come back.
Hello coming from someone who previously hated the dentist, thankfully the transition to luchini family dentistry has turned a former lover of dentistry into a lover of dentistry. I see Dr. Luchini as my dentist but have also had Lexi as Dental Assistant and others, and everyone is very warm and welcoming, including Ryan the front desk person and just everyone there. My experience here was extremely disappointing. A single tooth treatment turned into a nightmare, causing severe pain and requiring over $2,000 in additional care from a specialist and an emergency dentist. Despite this, my insurance was still billed multiple times for the work done at this office to “fix” the issue, leaving me with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for planned treatments I could no longer afford.
