I got the cardamom roll at the NWC market and my god it was the best thing I ever had. I was shaking and on the verge of tears. Haven’t had something like that in 20 years since before I was diagnosed gluten free!
I wasn't sure what to expect with the gluten free baguette but the day after I got it, it was still crusty on the outside and a bit dense/moist on the inside. It was delicious as is, and also toasted to perfection. I'd absolutely buy it again.
The bagels are picky-eater approved! My sons both have strong food preferences and sensory issues, but still loved the bagels! The cuatomer service was great too.
I ordered a gluten-free baguette through their online system for a party I was hosting - I made a butter board. The ordering process was quick and easy and everyone at the party loved the bread and asked where they could find it!
Excellent gluten free bagels and dessert breads!! Super friendly staff too.
