Chris was great through the whole project, was communicative. The crews were on time and thorough. I appreciate their hard work. Fence looks great!
I had a good experience with Chris and his guys they explained everything, they had the best pricing and the work they did was great I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Me and my wife had a fence built between us and our neighbors. Had a horrible experience and the quality of lumber Chris used was bad - broken cross beams, splits pickets, cracked posts, etc. The gate his crew built us isn’t straight and he committed to replacing it since he was unhappy with the results as well. He ended up ghosting us and backed out of his agreement and we’re now left with a something we’re unhappy with. Choose someone else before he gets you too.
If you're reading this and considering working with Chris Lucero and the Lucero Fence Company: STOP! RUN AWAY! Save yourself thousands of dollars and weeks of stress. Everything about our experience with Chris was a disaster, from the materials, to the labor, to his non-existent professionalism. Don’t hire Lucero. He has no pride in workmanship, used sub-standard materials, didn’t pull a permit, makes promises, breaks those promises and forces you to pay for really terrible work. Pictures are 1,000 words. My son and DIL saved their money to build a good fence. They were ripped off.
