Simply the best internal medicine doctor in the Palm Beach county, period! This is not only related to her extensive medical knowledge, but the way she approaches each of her patient with care and devotion of a true doctor, someone who was born to be a doctor not made to be one. Her husband complements in her knowledge and together they are a team of the best doctors in the area. My review is based on my personal experience.
I waited 45 minutes in her office only to be told they were still on hold trying to verify my insurance and the doctor was no longer going to be able to see me because she was running late. Shouldn’t they have checked my insurance coverage with the information provided before I made my appointment? Also, whose fault is it that the Dr is running late?! I’m so tired of this disrespectful practice of some doctors overbooking their “valuable” time while leaving patients waiting indefinitely with no regards for their time. This h... read more
Her office is rescheduling and rescheduling my appointments since September. Every time a I need a refill, I have to call her office several times, taking a week or more for them to respond. Very stressful.
Cold business like incompetent assistant Andre who never returns calls. Office staff also incompetent. Doctor was very nice but staff ruins its all.
