I was in this park for over 16 years. Park is in total disarray. Gross mismanagement. Unlawful evictions for questioning the water issues that have persisted for years ! Mr. John McDonald ( current manager )stated to the Honorable Judge Pattey in Bartow " the reason we have to turn off water 5x a for 4 to 5 hours is due to residents above ground broken pipes" the day after judge ordered my eviction, the work on the underground pipes are being repaired.
