This was my first time getting a facial, I was excited. I did win this facial at a bridal convention this year which was perfect timing as I wanted to start getting routine facials. The treatment itself worked really well, my issue was with how I was treated. Nothing was necessarily bad with the treatment( as in fowl language or mistreatment) but Lauras demeanor felt as though she didn't want me there. Today I had Tracy do a laser treatment on me at the Downtown location. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also super friendly, funny, helpful and knowledgeable! The staff were amazing, explaining everything in detail. I also so appreciated that they made suggestions but there was no pressure to proceed. They recommended a treatment for me and told me it would make sense to come back in the fall if I wanted to proceed. Thank you!
