Well, my initial review did start off great, until the counter tops were installed. Unfortunately there are imperfections in the slab, which can happen. I reached out to customer service and provided photos/details. I was told it is the design of the slab and my service call request for warranty was closed and unnecessary… That would be fair, if it were actually the case. Great selection and staff was very friendly & helpful!
I had a rather unpleasant experience at this showroom today. I went back because I wanted to take another look at two quartz options I had seen before. When I arrived, the front desk lady asked if I had been there previously. I said yes, and her response was, “Then why are you coming again?” The tone was unfriendly and gave me the impression that my visit was unwelcome and bothersome to her. It was very off-putting. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
