Wish i can give this place a 0 star ! after telling my friend it was okay to get nails a toes for both of us. they ended up only telling me that they wasn't going to do my toes because they was about to close !.my friend got really upset because they said yes at first ! So she told them they have to do my toes and i don't even know for what !! because i end up with the ugliest painted toes ! I have been going to Lucent Nails monthly for past two years and have been able to walk in, their service has been quick and great quality. However, I’ve noticed a decline in the service quality during my recent visits. In the past, the staff was attentive and took their time to ensure that every detail was perfect. I have been going to Lucent for about 3 years now. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The place is very pretty inside and clean. Tiana is the best. She is fast, precise and always picks the perfect colors for me. I really do enjoy coming here and getting my nails done.
I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at this nail salon that has officially ended my business relationship with them after going there twice a month, every month for the past three (3) years. You go for the person that does your nails, so many times you can look past certain things (bathrooms out of order, flooding, etc.) but today was the nail in the coffin.
