What truly sets it apart is the incredible property manager, Li. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she responds to any concerns with impressive promptness. Most importantly, Li genuinely cares about the residents, making sure everyone feels comfortable and valued. Her dedication and kindness have made living at Lucent a joy. Highly recommend!

"Li and the team were fantastic to deal with. Especially from an onsite management perspective and their expertise really made a difference when I lived there. Prompt and professional, they ensured everything ran smoothly during my roughly 6 years.
The best building in Newstead, hands down! It has everything that you need, amazing rooftop with 55m pool, sauna, gym etc. Li, the building manager is the best manager you could ask for. Attention to details, very responsive and you know that you will live in such a nice environment because she makes sure the residents have the best apartment living experience. Highly recommended and thanks Li for being such a great building manager.
It is a joy to live in Lucent. On site manager Li is highly professional and her standards keep the building in impeccable condition. All common areas of the building - foyer, hallways, pool level are always spotless. I swim several times a week in the crystal clear pool, the gym is always clean, residents are happy. A high standard of excellence is achieved by the Cavale Management team.
