I want to start by saying I am very happy with the solar panels themselves and the work done. The installation was great and the system works as promised albeit it took roughly a year from start to finish. However, I am writing this as a major warning to anyone considering financing through GoodLeap. If you plan on ever selling your home, be careful. Signed contract with these guys back in early August. They’ve been great and cannot thank Doug and Steve enough. Experienced crew and knowledgeable office staff really made the process enjoyable. Highly recommend Lucent to anyone interested in Tesla Solar or Tesla solar roof.
Lucent had come out to fix a leak under Panels(which was never fixed). The original agreement for the service call was $200 per an adobe signed agreement. They have billed me $250 instead Additionally per agreement the hourly charge is 150 per hour. I was ultimately charged $900, which would assume six hours. However, the service call was completed in three hours, with the technician arriving at 11:42 am and leaving at 2:41 pm.per video recordings from my ring camera . Working with the Lucent Solar Team has been teriffic! They installed a Telsa Solar Shingle roof along with two Powerwall 3 units. Their expertise, workmanship and professionalism from design to installation can be seen in the attached photos. Each step of the way, they kept me informed and answered all my questions. Many’s thanks to Steve and his project team led by Niko…. They are the best company for tesla solar shingles or solar panels!!!
Steve helped us after we had a house fire. He did a great job, and is obviously a terrific electrician. But he also had great, level-headed advice, and was a super helpful person to talk to during a complicated project. We highly recommend him!
