These guys were fantastic. Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Our system was a bit more complex than anticipated due to different zoning within the residence, but they kept working at it until it was completed and made sure to explain the functionality before they left. Highly recommend them.
Our air conditioner stopped working and Jeff and Mitch were quick to diagnose the problem. Due to our AC being very old system replacement was required and they recommended a few different options. I went with a high efficiency heat pump to get the best of both worlds and take advantage of energy savings during the spring and fall seasons when we can heat the house without using natural gas!! See below pic for old gas new technology. I highly recommend Luced for all your HVAC needs!

The technician (Daryl) was very knowledgable very particular and really involved me in what was going on with the issues I was having with my previously installed air-conditioning unit by another company. Once he figured out what was going on, he showed me all the numbers on his iPad as far as temperatures and what he was looking for, and where everything should be at.
