Our go-to place for takeout pizza.
Got a burnt pizza with my wife and son. Told the server who brought it and she said tell the bartender. Told the bartender that our pizza was very burnt. Nobody did a thing. We ate some it because we were starving and nobody was doing anything. I asked the bartender about it again, and she said, well, you guys were eating it. I called and spoke to a manager after I got home and his service wasn't much better, but they agreed to replace the pizza next time. The food has been consistently going downhill.
