We purchased a car a few weeks ago and it was the best, most laid back, professional and fastest experience we have encountered purchasing a car! I would 1000 % recommend Lucchetti's if your looking for a new car! Thanks to Trish and Lauren they made the process of purchasing my dream car a reality. Given the weather was not on our side they were amazing with communication and keeping me updated on when I could come and pick up. I will be keeping them in mind for friends and family!
I was looking for a 2023 Mini Countryman with a specific color scheme and features. I visited the sales team on a Monday afternoon with the specs, etc and by the time I got home Dave, Lauren, and Trish had located exactly what I was looking for!! I highly recommend Lucchettis for any auto body work you need. Mike did a fantastic job fixing my car after an accident. The turnaround was speedy, communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Mike was honest, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re working with him, you’re in great hands!!
I brought my car to Lucchetti’s for body repair, unfortunately, I hit a deer. They were so wonderful with communication throughout the process. Sean was the person that I dealt with, he was wonderful. I always knew what was happening with my car. There was a good amount of damage, but I got it back exactly 3 weeks after I dropped it off.
