Just discovered Lucchetti’s and we are very pleased that we purchased our pre owned car here. Most incredibly friendly and easy car purchasing experience. How many car dealers would you actually say you enjoyed the experience AND look forward to seeing the folks you worked with again because they are that enjoyable? Highest compliments to Tricia and Lauren, just like all the other reviews.
For those are looking to purchase a new or used car, this place was the best dealership experience I ever had. Trish the sales rep and Lauren were extremely friendly and helpful during my car process. The car I purchased was in prestige shape and I was able to take the car home on the exact same day I visited. It was a quick and easy process and do not hesitate to check them out. You won’t be disappointed
I was highly amazed with the body repair done by Lucchetti’s after bringing my car to them when I got into an accident with a deer. The professionalism and kindness of their employees in helping me deal with an unfortunate situation was phenomenal! Mike Ciano kept me up to date with all the progress on my vehicle through the whole process and I was impressed how quickly I got my vehicle back. I am very thankful for all the work they did and would highly recommend going here for Auto body repairs!
The folks at Lucchettis really made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. If you’ve walked into any of the “bigger shops” you run into people who aren’t interested in selling- they know very little if anything about the vehicles they sell. They are order takers and you’re a number on a page. At Lucchettis it couldn’t have been more different. Chris and his team really took care of everything, answered every question, and even stayed after hours when my work schedule didn’t align with them.
Lucchetti's was great to work with and had my car looking like new. They have great communication, great people, and I couldn't recommend them more.
