I was looking for a 2023 Mini Countryman with a specific color scheme and features. I visited the sales team on a Monday afternoon with the specs, etc and by the time I got home Dave, Lauren, and Trish had located exactly what I was looking for!! We have been customers at Luchetti’s for almost 25 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the years & they have all been great cars.The staff is always very friendly & always honest about repairs. These days there are many places to choose but we choose to stay with a company that has been in town for a very long time & always takes care of us in the best way!
I brought my car to Lucchetti’s for body repair, unfortunately, I hit a deer. They were so wonderful with communication throughout the process. Sean was the person that I dealt with, he was wonderful. I always knew what was happening with my car. There was a good amount of damage, but I got it back exactly 3 weeks after I dropped it off.
