I had a great experience with Lucchetti's. I had body work done on my 4-Runner after I scraped up against a stone wall. The service manager (Jared) kept me informed of the status of all the repair work on a daily basis. When Lucchetti's returned the car to me it looked like nothing had ever happened. The finished work was outstanding.
I have been bringing my trucks to Lucchetti’s for about 15+ years now and I have never had a problem. My most recent visit was to have body work done to my son’s truck. The truck came out fantastic!! Prices are reasonable and the work is always done in a timely manner. All the employees are always professional and courteous. I will continue to use their services as we are continually satisfied.
A couple of years ago a neighbor enthusiastically recommended Lucchetti's when we were looking for a used car. We ended up buying a used car. We were happy with the car and the whole buying experience. Since then they have serviced both our cars, put on new tires, and most recently, provided body repair and helped negotiate with the insurance company. What a beautiful job they did! I was highly amazed with the body repair done by Lucchetti’s after bringing my car to them when I got into an accident with a deer. The professionalism and kindness of their employees in helping me deal with an unfortunate situation was phenomenal! Mike Ciano kept me up to date with all the progress on my vehicle through the whole process and I was impressed how quickly I got my vehicle back. I am very thankful for all the work they did and would highly recommend going here for Auto body repairs!
Lucchettis helped me get my first ever car a 2003 mustang gt and I’ve loved it since the second I got it. David helped me with the whole thing and just made buying a car for the first time an amazing experience. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I would recommend to anyone trying to buy a car to go to Lucchettis.
