I gave a 5 only because of Morgan Swink being the only person to offer to help us. We had been looking with one chick walked all around us and only fussed about the last customer taking up her time and not buying anything, never offering to help. We must have not appeared to her as able to buy! This shopping experience was the best part of our trip so far! Seth helped me buy a full outfit including a hat, two shirts, vest, belt, and of course an amazing pair of Nile Croc cowboy boots. Morgan was awesome with my wife and helped her pick out a full fit including boots. Every aspect of this place reeks of quality, including (and especially) their people. Thank you Seth and Morgan!
Buying a pair of luccheses was supposed to be a special gift to myself that I’d been looking forward to for a while. I might look young, but I came ready to spend money and made a trip just to try them on in person. When I walked in, there wasn’t a single other customer in the store. Two employees stood at the register, looked right at us, and didn’t say a single word. No “hi,” no “welcome,” not even a nod. Lucchese boots are great looking and the customer service at the Nashville location is excellent.
Great quality and selection, but poor customer service at this location. Have been several times, and only once have we been greeted and actually offered assistance. Staff are normally clustered just talking to themselves. Regardless of how long we are in the store, and even if we ask for help, we are shown no interest at all. For a luxury brand, the level of service at this location is woefully lacking.
