Great Boots and Great service.
I almost pulled the trigger on the boots I'd been eyeing for 3 yrs yesterday. Decided last minute to call the El Paso store and see what service would be over the phone (sometimes it's a lame computer!). Donny answered, took my info and what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had photos on my phone of all the boots in the store in my size, the exact boot I wanted in 2 slightly different color variations...and 30% less than I was about to spend retail. Donny helped me hunt down the EXACT pair of Luccheses that I had been trying to find for almost two years! I live in Atlanta and had seen the most beautiful pair of Luccheses online about two years ago. I was in El Paso looking for boots, and checking out the various boot outlets. This location of Lucchese opens an hour before the other shops in town, so my wife and I stopped here first. We both found some boots, but wanted to check out the other stores before making any decisions.
