We were walking by the store right at closing time and spied a beautiful leather backpack. We thought the store was closed, but Rafael greeted us at the door with a big smile, and eager to help us out. I am looking forward to buying boots through Rafael!

I almost pulled the trigger on the boots I'd been eyeing for 3 yrs yesterday. Decided last minute to call the El Paso store and see what service would be over the phone (sometimes it's a lame computer!). Donny answered, took my info and what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had photos on my phone of all the boots in the store in my size, the exact boot I wanted in 2 slightly different color variations...and 30% less than I was about to spend retail.
