Great Boots and Great service.
I almost pulled the trigger on the boots I'd been eyeing for 3 yrs yesterday. Decided last minute to call the El Paso store and see what service would be over the phone (sometimes it's a lame computer!). Donny answered, took my info and what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had photos on my phone of all the boots in the store in my size, the exact boot I wanted in 2 slightly different color variations...and 30% less than I was about to spend retail. Had a great experience working with Donny. He was great about responding during communications prior to my trip to the outlet on Montana Ave. He was never "pushy" in the least - and did a nice job of helping me out. It's worth the trip for sure. Ask for Donny.
