I was in El Paso looking for boots, and checking out the various boot outlets. This location of Lucchese opens an hour before the other shops in town, so my wife and I stopped here first. We both found some boots, but wanted to check out the other stores before making any decisions. Definitely a fan of this place even though I wasn’t previously acquainted with it. You can tell all the goods made here are of the highest quality. Loved the discount section in the back; probably the only way I will be able to afford this as a gift for people. Staff is very attentive as well and loved that they offered us drinks.
I walked in and saw various employees all over the store and received no greeting. I proceeded to walk around the store and tried on several pairs of boots. I never received any acknowledgment or assistance. I walked out and there was an employee behind the register, nothing...
Disappointed in the Quality I had high expectations for Lucchese, but my boots have been a huge letdown. After just two months, the heel is separating, and they make an awful squeaking sound with every step. When I reached out about a warranty repair, I was told it could take up to 18 weeks to get them back—completely unacceptable for a premium-priced boot. Either quality control is failing, or these boots just aren’t made well. The marketing team deserves a raise for making this brand seem like the best, only for customers ... read more
