⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Iliana is amazing! She stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes to help place my order and went above and beyond, even calling local stores to track down the items I needed for in-store pickup. Truly outstanding customer service!

I visited this store hoping to purchase my first pair of boots and needed to have my feet sized. Unfortunately, the young woman who assisted us didn’t seem to take our needs seriously, nor did she appear knowledgeable. She offered minimal assistance while I tried on different sizes, merely eyeballing each pair. She suggested I order a size 9, even though we weren’t sure if that was the correct size. I’ve always admired Lucchese for its craftsmanship and reputation, which is why I purchased a several-thousand dollar pair of boots. Unfortunately, my experience has been heartbreaking. When the first pair arrived, the leather was so dry that it tore significantly the moment I tried them on. I requested a return (which required some persistence) and received a replacement.
