If you are looking for a CHEP BUILD Chinese trailer this company is perfect for you! After 2 days with text messages back and forward trying to organise a delivery, the "owner" Vaughan is actually unfit for the job, he cant even speak on the phone! He turns up with a brand new trailer and I strait away spotted a rust on the welding of the cage, I asked him about it and he said it was only dust! 10/10 for hiring trailers, waaaay cheaper than the local gas stations trailer hire. Will always use them untill I have enough $$$ to buy my very own from them also. Very affordable and the workers are so amazing, then help to attach everything to vehicle with a smile. Thanks Lucca Trailers
Have a Lucca trailer with MAJOR suspension rust problems and is not road worthy.. All wheels rusty as well as other components. Well within warranty period and response has been pathetic. After MANY communications promised a refund. STILL waiting.
