We are timeshare Owners at the Lucayan. Upon arrival on July 5, 2024 we noticed the paper towel holder was off the wall, TV's were not functioning and there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows. Called maintenance immediately. The CSR did seem to understand but said she would have maintenance call me. Never received a call. Also on another visit we needed maintenance on a Sunday and the Answering Service was rude and was unable to help and said maintenance would call but maybe that day or maybe the next.
