RUN away from this guy!! May 2021, I gave my Big Block Chevy to David to be build a 496 from the ground up. I dropped off my parts, and a block to build on, and plenty of cash for the project.... Delay, Delay, excuse, excuse, "I'm almost done with it he told me!" He stopped answering my calls. One year later I came to check on my motor. David rebuilt a bottom end for an old 86 saab 2.0 turbo block for me. It has been a while since I was able to get it dropped in my saab but I can only say that it runs extremely well. All of my correspondence with David was great and he really delivered for me and I’m enjoying the engine that is in my car now daily. He is great and I will use him for services again and again.
Run for the Hills. Do NOT USE this crook. Dropped a head off to have it resurfaced. David Lucash, the owner AND operator of this company, took almost a 1/4" of material from the head. He then denied being the one whom did the work and refuses to accept fault. I am a small business owner with A FIVE STAR rating and a reputation as one of the only HONEST mechanic in the area.
