I had a great experience! They bumped up my appointment, got me in on time and the doctor was super personable. He made me feel at ease about my concerns and was also very responsive when I reached out via MyChart, he personally called me later that day.
Could not get them to call me back numerous times
Honestly I don’t know where to start. Overall the whole experience was horrible and I won’t be returning. I’ve never felt so belittled in a doctors office The whole time he kept being very dismissive and trying to tell me what did and didn’t happen to me which was a seizure. Since I had my first one during Covid the hospital didn’t give me all the answers so In his eyes he kept telling me I did NOT have one.
