I had a great experience! They bumped up my appointment, got me in on time and the doctor was super personable. He made me feel at ease about my concerns and was also very responsive when I reached out via MyChart, he personally called me later that day.

Honestly I don’t know where to start. Overall the whole experience was horrible and I won’t be returning. I’ve never felt so belittled in a doctors office The whole time he kept being very dismissive and trying to tell me what did and didn’t happen to me which was a seizure. Since I had my first one during Covid the hospital didn’t give me all the answers so In his eyes he kept telling me I did NOT have one. I had been referred out to Dr. Margolies office a while ago. I was told several times during the call when the appointment was being made, that I was to show up on time & if I was a new patient that I was to make sure I was there early enough to fill out paperwork. This was several times in the phone call, which I thought was understandble for a new paitent.
