my pup had a procedure last week and she has not been able to settle . I called on Friday but didn’t get much help from the person I spoke to but I would like to give a big shout out to Bianca who called me today ,for understanding our stress and worry and taking immediate action . Also a big thank you to Dr Santi and Dr Linda for their excellent care in looking after my pets . Highly recommend .
The staff there were lovely and nice and helpful
Our experience at Lucas's vets was great they booked dodge for sameday assessment and were forthcoming with options if how to treat and also gave cost estimations with those options of treatment the front desk staff and other team members were kind a thoughtful of dodges need to be in a animal free zone upon entering and leaving all in all our experience was a good one and only if needed we will attend there again
