I rented 2 units from them in Allen TX. Very friendly staff, no gate access issues, very clean facility, charges were very reasonable. If I need storage again this is where I’m coming. I wish I had some photos of how clean facility is, but over all my experience has been nothing but amazing.
Above and Beyond Expectations! I run my business out of a storage unit, which means flexibility and responsiveness are critical. I’ve had to make last-minute changes, and Troy has consistently gone above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and solution-oriented. Thanks to his assistance, I now have a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit storage space that’s actually comfortable to work in when I need to be onsite. Outstanding service!
