An untruthful and unreliable company. I talked to the receptionist on Saturday and was told that Braden, who was equipped with the snake piping camera, would return my call on Monday. Unfortunately, I never received the call as promised and had to reschedule for another day. Their arrival was delayed, and the job they completed was far from satisfactory. My partner and I had a horrendous experience with this company and their plumber, John. He was ignorant and unsociable. John didn't listen well and failed to provide us with a monthly payment that fits with our budget. I would rate this company 1/10 and certainly wouldn't endorse them. John, specifically, was terrible!

We required work on our sump pump. Geoffrey and John were late and unprofessional, failing to clarify the issue or how they intended to fix it. They did not do what was necessary and attempted to include additional costly procedures. We would certainly not use this company again!

I was extremely frustrated that I was unable to get a same day work call from this company! The two plumbers, John and Nolan, that showed up were unprofessional and did a terrible job. We were unable to locate the drain entry, and rather than trying to find it, they just lounged around in the heat not doing anything. I would never use their services again!

i had a few pipes malfunctioning, including the one linked to my fridge. geoffrey failed to correctly diagnose the problem and was slow in addressing it. he then neglected to check other pipes and the main system to ensure safety. he pressed me to purchase some new equipment from 'this company', however, he did so in an unprofessional manner. he was insistent on selling despite understanding the struggles within our community due to the severe cold. i am unhappy with geoffrey's work and the overall service. i will certainly ... read more
