Lucas & Scott take the time to fully understand the scope of the project and help wherever needed to make certain your project's design goes smoothly. I personally appreciate their availability and prompt response. I'm extremely happy with my experience dealing with them, and am quick to inform my customers that they are the only company I suggest for their engineering needs.
I met with Doug on-site, and he promised the work would be completed within two weeks. Instead, I had to call the office repeatedly for updates, and more than a month later, he finally admitted over the phone that he would not be doing the work after all — then hung up without any explanation. This was unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. I would strongly advise against using this company if you expect honesty, follow-through, and timely service.
