Extremely disappointed with this office. Dr Chang had horrible bedside manner and instead of helping me get my medication or finding the root problem she mostly just told me to change my diet and exercise like I haven’t been told that my entire life. In the year I’ve been a patient I’ve only seen them once because they constantly cancel you appointment on their behalf. I was so incredibly disappointed in my visit at this clinic - I informed them when I was leaving I would not be scheduling my follow-up and would be seeking care elsewhere, and called to ask for a referral elsewhere while I was in the car leaving my initial appointment. To begin, I sought a referral to an endocrinologist specifically due to pregnancy planning and wanting my thyroid properly managed during that time.
