Helped me get everything I needed.
Opened the pool to a green/black mess. That took me 2 weeks to remedy. Which means it wasn’t closed properly also sand is now getting into the pool which means some water was left in the filter to damage the new baffle we had just replaced and they sent a couple of kids to close it improperly. And yes we paid a lot for that mess. Disaster is what I call it.
We have worked with Lucas pool for years. This year the service and support has been awful. Bought new pool heater in 2021 told me it was bad due to chemicals and that I would need to purchase a new heater. I call Raypac and the said there was a known issue with the mother board. They sent me a new one and I installed. Heater heating again. Had lucas come out and put in a new sand filter. Lucas Pools are the most unprofessional business owners I have ever done business with. They installed a liner and motor and will not come back to fix problems. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE!
They are helping me with my pool issues. Very nice and explaining each step I need to take to correct my pool issue.
