Scheduled an appointment twice for them to come open our pool and no one ever showed up.
they have everything we need it is a amazing place to go for pool stuff
Started a liner replacement back late 2024, finally came to measure in March, and we have been unable to get any information since then. It is May 16, and we dont even know if the liner has been ordered or came in. Shop tells us that the installer (who is also part owner) wont call them back either and they are equally frustrated with the situation and told us they will refund our money, but not sure what else to tell us. So here we are 1 week from Memorial day and have to start over with another company.
