I had Lucas plumbing install a garburator at our cottage. After a few months the garburator failed. I have been emailing with the issue and with a slow response I was emailed a reply stating the manufacturer will not pay for the labour. I was okay with that. Again with no response the latest email states the supplier now will only deal with me. We had a problem with our well system at our farm in Lindsay and though many plumbing companies refused to touch wells after calling around, our tenant found Lucas plumbing. Lucas Plumbing had a service technician come out to the site within a day and provide some estimates on the repair. They explained that the problem could be stemming from a few different sources and suggested that more investigation needed to be done before we could determine the root causes since the system was underground. Absolutely never again! Despicable how you tried to take advantage of an ill woman in her 90's. You should pay her back for having to hire someone to replace an 8 dollar part in 10 minutes, instead of charging her over and over again.

We had a sewage leak involving some old copper and cast iron piping. They came within hours, stayed late to temporarily patch the problem, and came back within a week (with some very good excavators) and completely remedied the problem. You get what you pay for!

the service was great, I called Friday morning and they were there before day end, and diagnosed the problem and was able to rectify. I would definitely recommend this company,
