My experience was good mostly; I was greeted and taken back for my appointment quickly. However, Ashlin was a bit rough with my mouth and no apologies were made. I didn't even realize that they had suction tools available and at one point, saliva almost rolled from my mouth. She did good work, but expectations for bedside manner should be improved.
The Lucas group is knowledgeable, professional and run on time.
Easy to get in, very caring staff. Friendly environment.
