I brought my van in due to a engine noise and had an appointment scheduled in advance. When I arrived, I was told the service department was extremely short-staffed. Based only on a video and listening to the sound, the advisor told me the engine would likely need to be replaced — and that I would have to leave my van there for three weeks before they could begin the replacement.
