When my husband and I first arrived to the showroom, we were expected and greeted by name. Mr. Diaz connected us with the salesman Frank. We told Frank our special requests. He gave us our options and it was a wrap!!! It was absolutely hassle free! We actually left smiling and in disbelief of how easy the process was.
