These guys are awesome!!! I broke down on a work trip they helped me get off the side of the road and get rolling again. It was going to cost me $87 to uber there and back to my vehicle so they said they would just bring it to me. Thank you Johnson Ford.
Not a good experience whatsoever
We had some initial issues during the sales and post-sale process until Justin Schreck (Service Manager) contacted us. He does value the post-sale service by meeting us in person and by providing a resolution that we were more than happy with. The 5 stars is because of his concern, service, efficiency and kindness. We truly appreciate all his efforts and would absolutely go back to this dealership if he is still in charge.
