The dealer lied to me to induce me to make a service appointment, did not perform the recall promised, performed a recall they claimed they has previously done, and ignored an open recall.
The staff at Johnson Ford is spectacular. I went with my son to simply look at an Ford Explorer and found myself intrigued with a Ford Bronco Badlands model. Shady business, avoid this place at all costs. I worked with the sales team on a bronco and was extremely clear about what I was looking for, and what I was able to do. I get an initial quote which was outside of my desired terms, so I decided it wouldn’t work. Sales person says if you put X amount down, we’ll match it. I get there on Saturday confirm the total amount down not once, but twice. (With text communication as well) they give me a new estimate, with almost $7k in added warranties.
