New building very horrible company to work for I’ve been there for 9months after 4months I was told to I was eligible for hire 9months later no word from any one there turn over rate is very bad just last week 4 people quit 1 retired they have employees as temps for an entire year before converting them over management an HR are the worst I wouldn’t recommend this community to a teenager or any person they need to be shut down fraudulent activities consist in this company
All I can say is that I have a pretty cool job! It’s not always easy, and there is plenty of room for improvement. The scenario of management VS employees is something that happens at every company. I really believe that all management/company owners, (at any company), should put their ego aside and actually take advice from those that are preforming the jobs. I just joined Lucas. The employees are friendly and the management team seems really committed to addressing concerns and improving the employee experience. I am excited about plans we have for strengthening our culture even more moving forward!
