Rented with this company back in 2016-2017. Out of the few studio options available, they were either $1600/month new construction or absolute pits. The best worst option I could find was a 7”x11” cell in a basement for nearly $700/month (in 2016 dollars). It was the only unit without AC and was unbearably humid most of the year. I spent $150 on a humidifier, ran it constantly, and the new mattress I brought with me still developed mold. 0 star if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very unprofessional. Moved into our apartment and were unable to lock the front door, had windows missing, smoke detectors not installed, and a bedroom door broken with genitalia drawn on the back of it. They do not respond to work orders. Unprofessional, possibly illegal. PS this company changes its name to continue to scam students. AVOID THIS *COMPANY*
I have had Andrea go over and beyond to help is find exactly what we wanted. It was nice to have some listen and help us find everything we wanted. I know if I need anything I will definitely ask for her.
