First, I would like to start off by saying your team did an incredible job from the design phase to the installation phase. However, in the beginning when I sat down with Al and he explained the Zoysia grass to myself and my significant other. We were left with the impression that this grass would keep out fungus, would require less lawn cuts and less overall maintenance.
