Very pleasant and helpful Great customer service
My husband & I gotten several beautiful pieces of jewelry at Lucas’ including my engagement & wedding ring. I’ve also taken my damaged jewlery there to get it repaired. Most recently I was looking for a ring to match a necklace/earring set and they helped me find the perfect ring that was within our budget! They are so patient and kind. I would highly recommend going there for any jewelry needs or to just go window shopping.
A magnificent selection of quality jewelry that would bring smiles to anyone you hold most dear. The offer they gave me for my diamonds was considerably below what they are worth, so much so that I felt insulted by the woman who I attempted to buy my half carat diamonds for $50 each. The whole negotiation felt more like a pawn shop than a legitimate jewelry store. Yet, do not let this deter your own visit. The place is very clean, the staff was very receptive and the selection available was astonishing.
My husband purchased both my engagement and anniversary band from them, also had the engagement ring cleaned. I couldn't be happier. Absolutely beautiful work and an amazing staff to help you with every step of your special journey. Would recommend to any and everyone.
