I just called and spoke with their rep. She let me know that our property would not qualify due to the locationof our home and the fire risk. She mentioned to me about the California Fair Plan (I was unawareof what this was). I was shocked at how short, snippy and downright rude she was. Extremely rude, condescending, and turns out, WRONG in their advice. I would advise anyone to find a real insurance agency who is willing to help you, these people know nothing.
West Customer Service.
Terrible customer service and communication. Called to ask for a quote and received an email back the next day with no context, just a list of docs unrelated to my ask. I request a secure method to share these docs and my request is ignored. I ask for a phone call and my request is ignored. I tell them forget it, I'll get a quote from someone else and they respond, "please email the docs."
