We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the countertops and the backsplash. We got a solid slab of quartz and it really turned out great. Their pricing is on point and helped us stay in budget. If you are willing to be patient and understand they are a small family operated business and sometimes communicarion does lag as mentioned in other posts, then these are the guys for you. They actually delivered ahead of our scheduled time frame. Definitely worth it!!
The only reason I’m giving a two star review is because they installed the countertops in a timely manner. Other than that I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service here. First off they never answer the phone. They will only text you. We First went to pick out our material and we were told there was enough remnants for our job in the granite we wanted. Look Elsewhere!!! This guy is not the least bit reliable. He will make a commitment…but never shows up that day to do the work. Then, despite numerous calls and messages, he never made the follow-up visit - so I had finish the work myself. Also, it is interesting how he (along with another relative) gave himself a five star Google Review (his name is Nahum Lucus).
I liked his prices, but he really needs to get a calendar. I scheduled with him three times and then never showed up. I was the one who kept reaching out.
I hired Lucas Granite to do my kitchen counters and island. They were very professional and got the install done quick. The prices were great as well! Highly recommended!
