Bought a recliner from here back in April, the process was great and fairly priced. Last week when attempting to recline in the chair, the chair went all the way back and hit the ground, I call Sunday and was told the individual I need to speak with is on vacation and that “I will have them call you back on Wednesday when they return” ok great! Excellent experience working with Ken and the team! I live near Chicago and was in the market for some Telescope lawn furniture. I priced it out at nearly 15 different furniture stores throughout the midwest and Ken gave me the best price. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. From fast as lightning response time (Ken must not sleep!) to a phone call within 5 minutes after the future was skillfully delivered (by Patrick, great job)... top notch service. Highly recommended!
