One of the best furniture stores, and or company in the area. There service department is the greatest to fix and or repair, if needed. I would recommend Lucus completely , & a great customer service.
I went in looking for a new recliner and possibly a new sofa. I was greeted and I stated I was looking for a recliner. The salesman wouldn't even get up to show them to me. He stayed on his stool and pointed to where I needed to go. I tried a few chairs and actually found one I liked but I couldn't get him to wait on me! I ordered a dining set and matching bar stools with a promise of delivery within 8-10 weeks. I received a delivery faster than promised but found out that the delivery was missing some of the pieces only when the delivery guys showed up. They seemed a little concerned when I was unaware of the partial delivery. I did not hear from Lucas regarding an explanation of the partial delivery, any estimated timeline on new delivery, nothing.
