I ordered a dining set and matching bar stools with a promise of delivery within 8-10 weeks. I received a delivery faster than promised but found out that the delivery was missing some of the pieces only when the delivery guys showed up. They seemed a little concerned when I was unaware of the partial delivery. I did not hear from Lucas regarding an explanation of the partial delivery, any estimated timeline on new delivery, nothing. I am completely thrilled with my mattress purchase from Lucas Furniture. My husband and started our mattress search and our first stop was at Lucas. Teri our sales rep is exactly the person we needed. She was knowledgeable showing us many different options and answered every question we had.
